Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements: A valid credit card is required on file to schedule any appointment. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout. If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Clients may book appointments up to 24 hours in advance, provided that the time slot is available. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any service charges. Cancellations made after the 12-hour window will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee is applied automatically to the card on file. No-Show Policy No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. This ensures fairness to both the service provider and other clients who may have wanted the appointment time. Additional Information My time is limited, and each appointment requires preparation, travel, and other resources. While I fully understand that emergencies and unexpected changes can occur, these policies help ensure that time, mileage, and other operational factors are accounted for fairly. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
