Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please note: We are a small business run by a small team, and while we will work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing and delivery can vary during high-volume periods, launches, or promotions. 

 

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (as advertised)
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


Delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
