Thank you for choosing Caked Up Beuaty. As a professional makeup artist, I take pride in providing high-quality, customized services to every client. Please review the following No Refund Policy, which is in place to protect the time, effort, and preparation that goes into each appointment.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the final look

Cancellations after deposit or full payment

No-shows

Last-minute reschedules
I am committed to working with you to achieve a makeup look that suits your preferences. As a client, it is your responsibility to communicate your expectations clearly and provide feedback during the appointment to help ensure your satisfaction.
2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are not transferable to a different date or service.

If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit is required for any new or rescheduled appointments.

The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
3. Full Prepayment Cancellations
If a client pays the full amount of the service prior to the appointment and then cancels, no refund will be issued. The full amount is forfeited.
4. No-Shows
If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit. No refunds or credits will be given.
5. Final Note
My goal is to provide you with a professional and enjoyable experience. Please come prepared, communicate openly, and arrive on time to get the most out of your session.
